All purchases made through Salted Quail are final. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued once an order has been placed, for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or delivery delays.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your cart, selected options (such as size or color), and shipping details carefully before completing checkout.
We do not accept returns on any item.
We do not offer refunds on any item, for any reason.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
